The City of Las Cruces will perform scheduled online system upgrades beginning this week and continuing through the weekend.

The upgrades will begin at 4 p.m. Thursday, November 6, and continue through 8 a.m. Monday, November 10, 2025.

During this time, several online services will be temporarily unavailable, including Online Bill Pay, Vendor Access, and Ask Las Cruces.
Residents and vendors attempting to use these systems will not be able to complete transactions while upgrades are in progress.

The Cashiering program will close at 4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, to coincide with the upgrade. Customers who wish to make utility payments in person may do so on Fri., Nov. 7, 2025.

Please note that account information must be provided, as cashiers will not have access to look up customer accounts. Handwritten receipts will be issued for payments received in person.

All affected systems are expected to resume normal operations by 8 a.m. Monday, November 10, 2025.
