
The Las Cruces Fire Department, in coordination with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), has made an arrest related to an arson fire on the 1900 block of S. Telshor Blvd.
ATF has arrested Richard Sepulveda, 47, in connection with the incident. Sepulveda is charged with Possession of an Unregistered Firearm (Molotov Cocktail). The fire was previously determined to be intentionally set. No civilian or firefighter injuries were reported. Estimated damage from the fire is approximately $5,000. The investigation remains ongoing.
