CAPER

The City of Las Cruces Housing & Neighborhood Services section has prepared a report of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) activities and status of funds for the period of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024. This report is known as the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report for the Program Year 2023 (2023 CAPER) and is required to be prepared and submitted to HUD by September 30, 2024.

The 2023 CAPER is available for a 15-day public review and comment from now until Thursday, September 12, 2024.

The City is also announcing the start of the application cycles for PY2025 CDBG and HOME programs.
