I have worked with Jennifer for about 2 years on several gas station projects in Las Cruces. She has been very helpful and patient and explained the City’s process and requirements in a way to expedite getting projects through permitting and approvals. Jennifer has tracked down reviewers on more than one occasion and gotten permits approved when inspections were waiting on City approvals. Jennifer recently pushed a permit addendum through ahead of the review deadline and stayed after 5:00 to send me the City-approved plans.
Jennifer is a pleasure to work with and always makes time for my questions. She is a valued employee and asset to the City.
