I wanted to tell you about an employee who has favorably impressed me every time I’ve seen her. Amberly is a cashier at the natatorium. She is pleasant, efficient, and prepared. When the door opens at 6 am, Amberly has wristbands labeled and ready. She even has a couple of locker keys and envelopes within reach so when I request a locker the line isn’t held up for her to go get a key. Amberly is a credit to your organization.
