I wanted to send you a quick note to compliment the work of Susan Reeder. Our office is not very familiar with the land development regulations or the permit process in Las Cruces and Susan was very helpful with navigating the process, helping to point us to the right people, communicating the status of the review and generally putting a professional face on our interaction with the Community Development Department and the City as a whole.
