Hello! My name is Libby. My name stands for Las Cruces Is Beautiful Because of You! I am a female yellow Labrador and I work for the Las Cruces Codes Enforcement. I like riding around with my handler and visiting schools and attending other community events teaching kids and teens about recycling.
